We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days of processing time before your order ships. Average shipping times are 4–10 days within the US.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped.

I’m not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of receipt.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.

Please note: If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order with no penalty—as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
If your item has already been sent, please use our return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If you have misspelled or entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address.
You can also notify us within 24 hours at hello@ezragems.com.
If we receive notice within 24 hours, we can update the address.
No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window for incorrect address submission.
